Butterflies

I created the BUTTERFLIES series of acrylic paintings in 2023, when I was 94 years old. In this series I tried to capture the magic of butterflies. I used a different stencil for each of the six series of BUTTERFLY paintings. Each series consists of six paintings. The background in each of the series is black because I feel that a black background makes colors stand out.
